I went to Flensburg and got some Copic markers myself...

One of them is a colourless mixer, which gives the same effect as added water on aquarelle colours. Hence the spotted pattern on G'gekh's back.

This was a test, and so I chose G'gekh for a model, just like with the first try-out, because it's a simple (and still rather random in design) character.

EDIT: Oh dear, I totally forgot his green shades on the feathers :P oh well; this is him WITHOUT those grass-markings. (is too lazy to go back and change it)

beautiful. I love copics, myself, but am still learning on them - what did you think of the streaking effect when you color in larger areas?

I don't like it much, I must admit, but it useful on some occassions. Although that's sort of not the best attribute the wide brush has.
